  13. 2 carrots

  16. 2 _3 spring onion
  17. 1 tsp salt
  18. 1 tsp black pepper
  19. 2 Tbs soya sauce
  20. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  21. Chicken gravy:
  22. 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  23. 4 Tbs oil
  24. 1 Tbs ginger garlic paste
  25. 1 Tbs vinegar
  26. 1 Tbs soya sauce
  27. 1/2 Tbs salt
  28. 1/2 Tbs red chilli powder
  29. 1/2 Tbs black pepper
  30. 1 Tbs hot sauce
  31. 1/2 cup ketchup
  32. 1/2 cup water

Steps to make to make Singaporian rice

  1. In oil stir fry all vegetables and add boiled spaghetti and other ingredients. Mix well. At end add spring onion. I haven't so i didn't. But it tastes amazingly good.
  2. Boil rice with salt and strain it.
  3. Make sauce by mixing all mayo ingredients.
  4. Now cut the chicken in cubes and fry in oil. And add ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add hot sauce, ketchup and water and cook until chicken cooked well done. Make a gravy not dry.
  7. Now in a dish put boiled rice as first layer. And noodles as second layer.
  8. Now put gravy on it.
  9. At the end with the help of piping bag pour mayo sauce on it. Serve it hot.
